I serve on the Data and Safety Monitoring Committee for InnFocus Vision, a company that is developing a glaucoma drainage device. I own no stock in the company and do not perform the procedure. The device is not discussed in this curriculum.

I co-hold nine US patents (5,887,776; 5,916,778; 5,925,748; 6,087,107; 6,207,450; 6,271,026; 6,403,307; 6,833,239; 6,956,103) and several international patents (Australia 2, Canada 3, Europe 3, World 4) related to genetic discoveries. None are currently licensed and I receive no income from these patents.

I do not lecture for any pharmaceutical or device manufacturer and do not accept any drug samples.
